Nigel Tan Jin Chun is a Malaysian student currently pursuing a Master of Applied Computing at the University of Malaya, with a background in electrical and computer systems engineering. He is passionate about computer science, technology and problem solving, and is especially interested in making technical knowledge more accessible and engaging for students. Beyond his academic journey, Nigel has been actively involved in leadership, mentoring and community based initiatives, where he has worked with diverse teams and supported impact driven projects. Through the ICSC Ambassador Program, he hopes to encourage more students to explore computer science, build confidence in computational thinking and discover how programming and problem solving skills can create meaningful opportunities for their future.
