I’m Hoonar Singh Chawla, a final-year BBA student at Amity University and founder of The Right Vendor, a B2B startup that helps restaurants optimise procurement. My interests lie at the intersection of technology, strategy, and education. I hold certifications from IBM in Data Analytics and Emory University in Management Consulting, and I’m a Global Finalist at the International Youth Math Challenge. My experience spans data-driven strategy, startup development, and academic research—including a published paper on employee retention using machine learning. I’ve also authored The Shiva Paradigm, a book connecting ancient Indian philosophy with modern business leadership. Beyond academics and business, I’ve led community initiatives like a hospital-based literacy and hygiene program for 150+ underprivileged children and consulted for small retailers to improve customer retention using CRM tools. As an ICSC Ambassador, I aim to promote computer science through coding workshops, peer-to-peer learning, and inclusive outreach—especially in underserved regions. I believe in using data and education to drive social impact and hope to build a community where young learners feel empowered to explore technology with curiosity and confidence.
