Oluwadoyinsolami Sophia Adefisan is a passionate advocate for using computer science and engineering to drive meaningful change. Her persistent pursuit of innovation, a quality she cultivated from a family of chartered accountants, has led to a remarkable track record of transforming creative ideas into reality. A certified AI Programmer with Python from Udacity, Oluwadoyinsolami's technical skills are matched by her proven leadership and project management abilities. She successfully led her team, CuraTech, and served as the primary research lead to create the "Mama Care" app, a finalist in the Technovation Girls competition, which provides crucial support for mothers facing postpartum depression. Her expertise was further demonstrated at the CIJD AI in Campus Hackathon, where her team earned a third-place finish for their solution tracking bad infrastructure. These experiences, along with her achievement in training a car for the AWS Student DeepRacer and receiving the AWS AI/ML Scholarship, showcase her ability to solve complex problems with innovative and practical solutions. As an ICSC Ambassador, Oluwadoyinsolami is dedicated to empowering the next generation of tech leaders. Her primary goal is to establish a dedicated tech workspace, providing aspiring programmers and computer scientists with the resources and mentorship they need to bring their own ideas to life. Through workshops, talks, and hands-on guidance, she plans to make technology more accessible and inspire others to embark on their own journeys of creation and innovation.
